Production We provide all standard journal production services,
including conversion, copyediting, art preparation, composition, and file delivery
to printers, databases, online sites, etc. We typically use an XML-first process,
where we convert author files to XML and then perform all copyediting and
composition with XML-based tools.

Information We provide our clients with Web-based, real-time tracking systems
that allow them to view the current status of all production projects. These systems
are designed to meet client criteria. In addition, we maintain performance statistics
and provide online reports that present information in a clear and concise manner.

Technology We provide our clients with technological expertise that goes
beyond the realm of production services. One of our strengths is collaborating with
clients to help them utilize new technologies. If desired, we can build in-house
