Kapil Viswanathan, CEO
Kapil oversees growth strategies, sales, and finance for PMG. Kapil’s
past experience includes leading global sales for a business unit of
Tata Consultancy Services, where the effectiveness of his strategies earned
him a place in the corporate think tank. He holds a master's degree
|
in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business
School.

Kami Narayan, co-CEO
Kami plays a pivotal role in managing PMG’s global operations and overall
corporate administration. Prior to co-founding PMG, Kami headed M & A at
OfficeTiger, an outsourcing company based in Chennai, where she also
managed the U.S.–India interface and was responsible for project implemen-
|
tation. Kami holds a law degree from the National Law School of India and an MBA
from Harvard Business School.

Rick Vayo, Executive Vice President
Rick serves as Executive Vice President of PMG with oversight over sales and
operations, utilizing his industry experience and proactive approach to build
effective solutions for the evolving needs of our customers. Rick began his career
in publishing in 1985, when he took the helm at his family’s small business,
|
Pre-Press Company, Inc., and was responsible for successfully leading it through several
industry changes over the years. A longtime supporter of Bookbuilders of Boston, Rick has
served on various committees, presented several workshops, and acted as an annual book show judge.

Jane Petlinski, Senior Vice President, PreK-12
Jane heads product development for PMG’s PreK-12 division. She brings
22 years of publishing experience in conceptualizing, planning, and producing
market-leading PreK-12 programs. Before entering the educational publishing
industry, she was an elementary school teacher. Jane has held a variety of
|
positions in the K-12 market at Silver Burdett Ginn, Globe Fearon, and Pearson Learning.
She has also served as Vice President, Editorial Director of K-6 Social Studies at
both Macmillan/McGraw-Hill and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

John Conery, Chief Technology Architect
As chief technology architect, John brings several decades of technology
experience and thought leadership to PMG. He has been engineering
solutions for over 30 years, establishing himself as an expert in applying
new technologies to improve publishing processes. His experience includes
|
development of custom publishing systems, SGML and XML formatting systems, and
XML workflows and content management systems. He has extensive experience with
multi-purposing content, and delivery of content via platforms including e-books, handhelds,
and mobile devices.

John Chappell, Vice President, Finance & Accounting
John oversees finance and accounting at PMG. Prior to joining PMG,
John held several senior management positions in the printing/publishing
industry and brings over 20 years of experience in strategic and day-to-day
financial operations. John holds a bachelor's degree from Franklin and
|
Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
